• These terms & conditions apply to EuropeanPharmacie.com. All rights, titles and interests in this site are the exclusive property of EuropeanPharmacie.com Copying all or any part of this site is strictly prohibited.
• All products listed on our site are genuine and supplied in their original unopened packaging as the manufacturers intended. We only distribute our products to E.U countries. Specificaly we do not distribute to the united States of America. 
• The price of the goods ordered will be the price shown in UK pounds at the time of the order on the product pages of this site. The cost of arranging delivery and purchase price will be clearly displayed on the buy page before the customer commits to the order and will be the full and final amount due for the order. Credit cards are processed in UK pounds. For EU residents real time official bank exchange rates from UK pounds to Euro's are used, this ensures you get the best possible exchange rate available at time of purchase. IMPORTANT: Some credit card companies apply charges of 2.75% or more for foreign currency transactions, please read the terms and conditions of your particular card as these costs are your responsibility. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
• All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative of equal or higher value or given a full refund.
• Whilst we make every effort to ensure pictures of products are accurate, they should be considered for illustrative purposes only.
• The cost of arranging delivery will be charged at the published rate at time of order. Full cost of your order, including delivery costs, will be displayed before your payment is processed. Our insured delivery service provides full cover against loss or theft. In the event that your goods are lost or stolen in the post you will be entitled to a choice of a full refund or the goods replaced at no extra cost. Goods will be considered possibly lost or stolen if they have not been received at the delivery address within 30 days of the shipment date. Once the 30 day period has passed a trace will be instigated by the postal services. Once the postal services have confirmed that the parcel is lost a full refund or replacement will be issued. In the event that the postal services report the goods have been correctly delivered, this will be final and binding and a refund will not be issued. In this case all relevant information will be passed to the customer so they can pursue the matter further with the postal services.
• Delivery normally takes 5 to 7 working days. However, occasionally, due to matters outside our control this may take longer. In the event an order is delayed due to circumstances within our control, such as out of stock, you will be informed within 48 hours of the delay and given the option to cancel your order.
• All products must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. EuropeanPharmacie.com will not accept responsibility for injury or damage incurred by the misuse of any products supplied.
• Payment can be made by most major credit or debit cards. In all cases payment will be debited to your account when your order is placed, however transfer of risk for the product(s) will only take place when EuropeanPharmacie.com passes the product(s) to the carrier. Please note: when using credit cards on the Internet always use our secure server payment system. Never pass credit card details via e-mail.
• All our products are Duty and VAT (value added tax) paid in the European Union and therefore, as per articles 8 and 9 EU directive 92-12-EEC, will not attract further duties or taxes for EU residents. Any additional duties or taxes payable by customers outside the EU is the sole responsibility and liability of the customer. IMPORTANT. in the unlikely event that individual EU countries should apply additional duties, taxes or restrictions over and above those defined by EU Council directives, they will be the sole responsibility and liability of the customer.
• Privacy policy: All information given to EuropeanPharmacie.com by its customers is considered to be private and confidential and will not be divulged or sold to any third parties. The only obvious exception to this rule is third parties involved in the delivery of customer’s orders.
• By placing an order with EuropeanPharmacie.com it will be assumed that you have read and agreed to all of the terms and conditions in this document.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the Laws of the United Kingdom. The courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes that may arise.
• Nothing in this document affects your legal rights.
